The ImmPRESS-HRP Anti-Goat IgG (Horseradish Peroxidase) Polymer Detection Kit is made in horse and targets goat primary antibodies. This IHC staining system uses novel conjugation chemistry to create a highly sensitive, ready-to-use, one-step, biotin-free detection system. (A combination of highly active enzyme (peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase) and affinity-purified secondary antibodies results in crisp, strong staining. The ImmPRESS micropolymer technology minimizes steric interference and provides enhanced accessibility to the primary antibody targets. The IHC immunostaining protocol is simple. Following a blocking step with 2.5% horse serum, sections are incubated with primary antibody. After a brief wash, the appropriate ImmPRESS Reagent is added to the sections and incubated for 30 minutes. Sections are again rinsed and the slides are developed with a peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase substrate. The ImmPRESS Reagent is ready-to-use and stains 75-150 sections.

Fluorescein Labeling Kit-NH2 is mainly used for the preparation of fluorescein-labeled proteins, such as IgG, for immunostaining and labeled cellular proteins for tracing. This kit contains all the reagents necessary for labeling. Amine-reactive fluorescein, a component of this kit, has succinimidyl groups (NHS) that react with the amino groups on proteins. Because this kit also includes a buffer exchange system, a sample containing amine base buffer can be labeled. Although membrane filtration sometimes causes IgG aggregation, the buffer system in this kit prevents aggregation during the concentration of IgG or fluorescein-labeled IgG solution. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the fluorescein-labeled IgG are 500 nm and 525 nm. The molecular weight of the protein to be labeled with this kit should be greater than 50,000.
